This video covers the basics of components and their unique functionality. Components are the building blocks of your screens inside your no-code app. They make up the individual visual elements of your app design. Components have a wide range of complexity — from very simple components like a rectangle or circle, to more complex components like a custom list.
Components will make up part of the foundation of your app and the interface where your users will interact with the data in your database. Also, components are the vessels for actions.
Three specific components we cover in this video are (1) a simple list, (2) the text component, and (3) a form component. While these are just three of hundreds of components, they showcase well how components interact with the database to create a dynamic app experience.
