选材:
新鲜圆糯米、凉白开水、酒曲
容器:
玻璃、瓷器、不锈钢、塑料保鲜盒选其一
注意:需要清洗干净、用开水烫一遍
小贴士:
1、米饭清洗三遍,浸泡3-5小时,再上锅蒸30分钟,如果有水果,放进去多蒸5分钟
2、米饭要晾至30度以下再加酒曲
3、降温方法:淋水和摊饭法,摊饭法米饭放凉后再加凉开水
4、一发密封室温发酵24-36小时,保鲜膜上面戳洞透气。
5、二发密封冷藏发酵三天以上,可把米打散加适量凉开水
