Here are rare outtakes of Wilkins Coffee and other Muppet commercials. This footage was taken from the Sesame Gang: How We Got to Sesame Street documentary from 2021 and Jim Henson Idea Man documentary from 2024. I don’t think either of these footage have appeared anywhere else besides those documentaries. It’s possible the outtakes were shown in a presentation reel made for Wilkins Coffee similar to how Wilson’s Bread and La Choy had presentation reels that also showed behind the scenes footage but probably hasn’t surfaced yet online or maybe it’s just from an outtake reel, until we get an answer I guess we’ll never know.
