-fresh rice
Tempura:
-120g flour ⠀
-200ml ice water ⠀
-1 egg
Freeze your eggs overnight. Mix your Tempura Batter in a cold bowl. Peel your egg in lukewarm water. Turn into flour, then into your Tempura Batter. Fry 5-6 minutes at
170°C/340°F. Serve with fried shiso (perilla) leaves and fresh rice.
