THE 75 HARD CHALLENGE (but make it my version!)
tbh I've pushed this challenge off for a longgggg time because I've never been a fan of the idea of being "perfect" and the original rules seemed very discouraging/alomst impossible to follow as someone in highschool who also travels frequently... so... here's my modified version to help kickstart my motivation, start the new year strong, and keep myself happy & healthy while not having unreasonable expectations of myself!! i hope you enjoy.
remember, its not too late to start!! we have 12 amazing months ahead of us (and then many more), 2024 is just beginning! get up, get moving, do it with me!! you can of course change the challenge how ever you want to fit your lifestyle better because at the end of the day, its not about the rules, its about the habits we are creating in this life to make us better people xoxo
