CENTRE COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — The mother of a man killed when the sanitation truck he was working with crushed him is sharing her story, one day after the business that operated that truck was fined by a federal agency.
“It was straight out of a movie,” says Kelly Kerstetter.
Nearly six months after the incident, she says it has not gotten any easier.
