Growing Organic Celery Indoors to Full Maturity
Continuing my adventure growing food indoors
When the pandemic hit, I decided to determine what other foods I can grow indoors. I will be attempting to grow celery indoor to full maturity. I am growing two of these celery plants from the base of a grocery store organic celery stalk and the other from my celery I grew this past summer.
