Pizza Recipe in grams and cups ( Pizza dough recipe ) :
350 gr All Purpose Flour ( 2 cups + 1/2 cups )
230 gr Warm Water ( 1 cup )
1/2 packet Dry Yeast (1 1/2 tsp)
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tbsp Salt
Par bake the crust for 3 min, then bake for 6-10 min depending on your crust preference
Quick Tomato Sauce:
500 gr Tomato puree or crushed tomatoes ( 18 ounces)
2 cloves of Garlic
1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt to your liking
Basil
Some popular topping options that freeze well:
Dry mozzarella/ Other types of dry cheese that melt well
Pepperoni
Olives
Green Peppers
Cooked Sausage/bacon
Onion
Mushrooms
