Now here’s how to not let contacts find you on Instagram:
1. Open up Instagram app on your phone and login to your Instagram profile.
2. Tap on the three-lines icon at the upper right corner.
3. Now go to “Settings”.
4. Proceed to “Account” section.
5. Click on “Contacts syncing”.
6. Turn off this toggle and from now on your phone contacts will not be able to find you on Instagram.
