Bose Wave Music System - No Audio Troubleshooting | USAV Solutions
If your Bose Wave Music system have no audio try following these solutions:
Check Snooze Feature:
- Ensure the Snooze feature is not active as it silences the system.
TV Audio Settings:
- Navigate to your TV’s sound settings. Select 'Audio Output' and ensure it's set to 'External Speakers' or 'Fixed.' Turn up TV volume if needed.
Volume Level:
- When turning on, the volume ramps from zero. Press the volume button to set it. Gradually increase if needed.
Audio Source:
- Ensure the correct source (FM, AM, etc.) is selected.
Audio Input Source:
- Ensure the correct AUX input is selected. Press the AUX button twice if needed to properly engage AUX1 or AUX2.
Reset Your Product:
- Reset your system to correct minor issues, similar to rebooting a smartphone.
Headphone Jack:
- Ensure nothing is connected to the headphone jack. Try connecting and disconnecting a cable to reset the audio output.
