If Your Bose Subwoofer Has Issues: No Audio, No Power

Please check if the light on the Acoustimass module is lit.
The connection panel on the back of the Acoustimass bass module has a status light. When it is receiving power and connected to the system console, the light should be lit.

If the light is not lit, ensure that it is correctly and securely connected to both the power source and the system console.
If the issue persists, you may need to replace the Amplifier Module for the Bose Lifestyle LSPS PS18, PS28, PS38, or PS48 subwoofer.
If you are unable to resolve the issue, your Bose subwoofer may need internal repairs. It’s best to contact USAV Solutions via email at [email protected] for further assistance.
