Disc herniations, lawsuits, impingements, losses in my family, muscle and ligament tears, self-esteem issues... the list goes on. I've experienced and overcome a variety of "pains."
Pain and struggle are a part of life, and they help define who we are. How we deal with pain is entirely up to us. Some people decide not to tackle their issues and push the blame onto other people, their genetics, or the cards that life dealt them. Other people take responsibility for their situation, accept it, learn from it, grow, and improve themselves.
Both options are HARD. Which "hard" will you choose?
At this point in my life, when something bad happens to me, I recognize it as an opportunity to reflect and learn about myself. In some respect, I can become grateful for that hardship, though it may take some time to see and feel it.
I have had many guides in my life to help me do this. l've seen many therapists, read many philosophical and psychological books, and participated in the Landmark Forum to help improve my mindset.
I have worked with incredible coaches, teachers, mentors, and certifications to help me improve my understanding of the body.
I've helped over 24,000 people overcome physical and emotional pains. "I thought you guys only worked with physical pain. Why also emotional?" Because they often go hand in hand with one another. You cannot separate the mind and body.
There are many people out there who can guide you through hardships. Find a guide that matches your personality and learning style.
If you are struggling with physical pain, we are here for you and can be your guide.
