How to construct a 15 degree angle? Using Scale and Compass only.
At first, draw an horizontal straight line, on the middle of the paper. This straight line segment is named, O A.
Take a pencil compass. Put its tip, at point, A. And, draw an arc, of any radius. Keep this radius unchanged, throughout the process.
Let, this arc crosses the line, O A, at point, V.
Now, put its tip, on point, V. And, draw another large arc from here.
These two arcs intersect, at point, W.
Take another arc, from Point, W, to get another intersection. It is, point, X.
Now, align the rular, about the points, O, and, X. And, take an intersection, against the first arc. Let, this point of intersection, be, Y.
After that, put the tip of the compass, on point, Y. And, draw a small arc, to get an intersection, against the second arc. It is point, Z.
Finally, using a rular, and a pencil, join, O, and, z.
This is the line, O, B. Thus, angle, A O B, is a 15 degree angle.
To verify its value, place a protractor on it. And, see if it is 15 degree or not.
