Stefan Bellof is a driver I look at and have many questions about. Unfathomably quick, but never had any discipline instilled in him by those around him. As such, he made a few mistakes, and one of those mistakes was going to claim his life.
Despite people being unnerved by his driving, people around him at the time said he was a lovely man who had talent that was without a doubt god-given. And he also set the wonder lap at the Nurburgring. Racing immortality achieved with that one lap. No need to win seven world titles.
