Motorsport dot com recently published an article on whether on not Formula One has become too reliant on street circuits (https://www.motorsport.com/f1/news/ha...) and it got me thinking: Why does F1 insist on making virtually every new venue some sort of temporary inches from wall bigger Monaco?
Is it because of how F1 wants to get people closer? Is it because it wants to make as much money as possible? Or is it because the hybrids are quiet compared to the good old days of V12s and V10s that they can get away with it more? Or is the answer just 'yes'
