School Dinner Cake
Ingredients:
4 Eggs
225g Cater Sugar
225g Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 tbsp Milk
275g Self Raising Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
450g Icing Sugar
5 tbsp Water
3 tbsp Sprinkles
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, add the Eggs, Butter, Sugar, Vanilla Extract, Milk, Self-Raising Flour and baking powder.
2. Using a hand-held whisk, mix together until the batter it light and fluffy.
3. Pour batter into a baking tray (30cm by 25cm)
4. Place in the oven on 180 degrees until sponge is a light golden brown colour and a tooth pick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
5. Let the cool cake completely
6. In another bowl, add the icing sugar and water together and mix until you have a liquid consistency.
7. Pour the icing on top of the cake and cover the icing with the desired amount of sprinkles
8. Cut into squares and enjoy!
