Ingredients
120ml Water
1 tsp Salt
250g Plain flour
25g Chives
25g Spring Onion
Pinch of yellow food colouring
1 tsp Cumin
Directions:
1. In a bowl, add the sifted flour, cumin, coriander, spring onion, salt and water
2. Mix together with a whisk
3. Add the yellow food colouring and mix.
4. Heat up a frying pan on low heat.
5. Oil the frying pan lightly
6. Using a ladle pour some of the batter onto the pan.
7. Flip the crepe when it has cooked on one side to cook the other side.
8. Serve with chutney and enjoy!
