To be clear, there is a right way and a wrong way to be breathing and most people are doing it incorrectly!
When breathing biologically with every breath in/out the diaphragm and pelvic floor toss the pressure back and forth.
💥Breathing in: the diaphragm moves down and out sending the pelvic floor muscles slightly down and expanding
💥Breathing out: the pelvic floor muscles gather back together returning the pressure upwards towards the diaphragm
