Eric shows you how to change the WiFi name and password on your Netgear Nighthawk R7000 (AC1900) router.
Default WiFi (SSID) name is printed on the bottom of your router.
Default WiFi password is also printed on the bottom of your router.
This router provides 2 WiFi networks by default: A 2.4GHz network and a 5GHz network. You should see both networks pop up in your WiFi list when you search for a network to connect to. If you only see 1, its possible your device does not support both. 5GHz is provided in newer technology so fewer devices support 5GHz.
