Anantasana Yoga Pose and It's Benefits:
Lie down straight on your back. Roll over onto your right side. Lift your left leg up at a 90 degree angle. Now, place your right hand below your head to support it. Straighten your left leg toward the ceiling as much as possible.
Now, raise your left hand and try to grab the toes of your left leg. Hold on in this position for about 20 seconds. Maintain your balance on your side without rolling by firmly rooting your thigh bone and upper arm into the ground for stability. Release your toe and roll to your back and Repeat the pose lying on your left side.
