FreeCAD - How To Model From Image|JOKO ENGINEERING|
The basis here is to use splines for the complex curves. I recommend 3 click per spline and making the middle point horizontal and vertical to the endpoints to ensure the spline starts/ends on vertical for 'smooth connections' if possible.
