QC Ubiquiti UniFi - Upgrading the UniFi Controller from Version 4 to 5 on Linux
In this video I talk about upgrading the UniFi controller from version 4 to 5 on Linux. The current stable release of UniFi (in the UBNT download section) is version 5 (5.4.11 at the time of this video). The debian repositories however, have not been updated yet. This means that the stable repository still points to version 4 (v4.8 being the latest). In order to upgrade the controller we need to change the repository from stable to unifi5. Make sure to make a backup of your environment before upgrading the UniFi controller!
