Explore the Follow Store Module in Dokan
Welcome to our Dokan tutorial! In this video, we're diving deep into the Follow Store module, a fantastic new feature introduced by Dokan.
This module enables customers to stay connected with their favorite vendors and receive updates on newly added products. Let's explore how it works step-by-step!
Before we begin, ensure you have the required plugins installed: WordPress, WooCommerce, Dokan Lite, and Dokan Pro
First, we'll explore the Admin View. Admins can easily activate the Follow Store module by navigating to the Dokan Modules section and toggling the button to activate it.
Next, we'll take a look at the Vendor's perspective. Vendors will find a new option in their frontend dashboard called "Followers" once they activate this module.
Moving on to the Customer View, customers can follow vendors directly from the Vendors page in their Customer Dashboard by clicking on the Follow button under each store in the vendor listing page.
Customers can easily check their followed vendor list by navigating to their Customer Dashboard, then accessing My Account and clicking on Vendors.
Additionally, vendors can view details of their followed customers by accessing the Follower section from the dashboard menu.
