Do you know how to use Link and Library Overrides to import character rigs into Blender 3.0? Linking can be a world-class time saver if you work in a studio production or even an individual artist pipeline. Linking in Blender is regular importing with a twist. 3Ds Max users might know this as an Xref, where the linked data gets managed through a single source file and will be updated in every linked file. Now you don't have to append or import your character into every scene again, after a major or minor update to the rig, shader, or model.
You might be familiar with 'create proxy' in Blender, however since blender 3.0 that option got replaced and superseded by 'make library overrides'.
