Anterior Pelvic tilt is a problem for most people, our daily routines change our posture and ablilities.
Because most of our day is spent sitting, we are not able to engage adequately, muscles (Lower Abdomen, Hip Flexors, Low Back and Glutes) that don't play a necessity in our daily lives.
In this video, I show you how to re mediate your long maligned muscles and teach some overworked muscles a reason to relax, with one simple exercise.
