– 4 bread discs with a diameter of 6.5 cm spread with a little flavored butter (with chives and oregano)

– 2 tablespoons of chopped dill

– 1 roll with natural goat cheese (100 g)
– 6-9 slices of salmon tenderloin
– some honey for spreading
– 20 g large chopped pistachios (or walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds)

– red hot pepper cut into sticks

– 8 slices of raw smoked bacon
– 8 fresh green asparagus
For cooking asparagus: 1 liter of water + ½ teaspoon of salt + ½ teaspoon of sugar + juice of ¼ lemon + 10 g of butter
some oil + butter for frying
