This is just one of many modules that are included in our e-learning programs. This particular module talks about the 3M's (muda, muri, mura) as well as the 7 wastes as they apply to both clinical and administrative healthcare: Overproduction, Waiting, Inventory, Transportation, Processing, Motion, and Defects. We also talk about the 8th waste, underutilization of employee creativity. Our e-learning programs are offered in multiple formats:
