Banana Peanut Butter Frozen Bites recipe 👇
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 banana
• 1 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)
• Chia seeds, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, puffed quinoa, shredded coconut, for topping (https://foodtolive.com/product-catego..., https://foodtolive.com/product-catego..., https://foodtolive.com/shop/organic-w..., https://foodtolive.com/shop/organic-d...)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Slice the banana into 1cm slices.
2. Arrange the slices on a baking tray and flatten each with the bottom of a glass.
3. Spread a bit of peanut butter on each slice.
4. Sprinkle with chia/hemp/sesame seeds, puffed quinoa, shredded coconut, or topping of your choice!
5. Freeze for 1 hour. Let thaw for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy!
