I believe many of us are exceptions to a lot of common "rules" of life. While the advice itself isn't "wrong," I believe it may not be applicable to some people.
This is my perspective on common life advice that I received but decided to do the opposite of, and I found tons of benefits in my life from doing so.
It doesn't mean that the advice in this video is bad; it's just a real example of how we can do things differently. And sometimes, by doing things differently, we get better results.
