First of three funerals held for young girls killed in Southport stabbings
The first of three funerals has been held for one of the young girls killed in the Southport stabbings.
Hundreds of mourners gathered for the funeral of nine-year-old Alice da Silva Aguiar, who died in Southport.
Alice, Bebe King, aged six, and Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, lost their lives while at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class on July 29.
Her parents Sergio and Alexandra were joined by family and friends at St Patrick’s Catholic Church in the Merseyside town on Sunday (August 11).
