▶️Ingredients:
✔ potato broth - 400 ml
✔ salt to taste
✔ egg - 1
✔ fresh yeast - 10 gr
✔ vegetable oil - 50 ml
✔ flour - 600 gr
Stuffing:
✔ potatoes - 800 gr
✔ salt
✔ pepper
✔ onions - 1

▶️Cooking:
✔ Boil the potatoes.
✔ Drain the broth.
✔ Add salt.
✔ Add an egg.
✔ Put out the fresh yeast.
✔ Stir to mix.
✔ Stir in the flour.
✔ Pour in vegetable oil.
✔ Knead dough by hand.
✔ Cover with cling film.
✔ Place in a warm place for two hours.
✔ Mashed potatoes.
✔ Add fried onions.
✔ Season with salt and pepper.
✔ Stir to mix.
✔ Butter the table.
✔ Lay out the dough.
✔ Divide into ten portions.
✔ Roll out each piece into a patty.
✔ Lay out the filling.
✔ Pinch the edges together.
✔ Fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
