To import data to create a custom object in Salesforce, follow these steps:
Navigate to the "Object Manager" in Salesforce by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner and selecting "Setup" from the dropdown menu. Then, in the left-hand sidebar, select "Object Manager."
Click on the name of the custom object you want to import data into.
In the custom object detail page, click on the "Data Import & Export" section and then click on the "Import" button.
Choose the type of file you want to import (CSV, XLS, or XLSX) and select the file from your computer.
Map the fields in your data file to the fields in your custom object. You can either manually map the fields or use the automatic field mapping feature.
Review and confirm your data import settings, and then click the "Start Import" button.
Monitor the progress of the data import in the "Import Jobs" section. Once the import is complete, you will receive an email notification.
