Upgrade to Dynamic Related Lists (Get Started with Dynamic Related Lists)

As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, Salesforce does not have a native feature called "Dynamic Related Lists." However, Salesforce continually evolves, and new features may be introduced. If there have been updates since my last knowledge update, I recommend checking the official Salesforce documentation or contacting Salesforce support for the most up-to-date information.

Assuming there has been a new feature introduced as "Dynamic Related Lists," here are general steps on how you might upgrade to and customize such a feature:

Upgrade to Dynamic Related Lists:
Review Release Notes:

Check the Salesforce Release Notes for information about the introduction of Dynamic Related Lists in the specific Salesforce release you are working with.
Enable the Feature:

Navigate to Setup Object Manager [Your Object].
Look for a section related to Related Lists or a similar area.
Enable the Dynamic Related Lists feature if available.
Update Page Layouts:

Edit the Page Layout for the object where you want to use Dynamic Related Lists.
Add the Dynamic Related Lists component to the desired section on the page layout.
Configure Dynamic Related Lists:

Configure the Dynamic Related Lists by specifying the related object and setting up any criteria for displaying records dynamically.
Test and Verify:

Test the Dynamic Related Lists by navigating to records and ensuring that the related lists update dynamically based on your configured criteria.
Customize Dynamic Related Lists:
If Dynamic Related Lists are customizable, you might have options to configure them further:

Customize Filters:

Depending on the feature capabilities, you might be able to customize filters or conditions for the related lists.
Configure Criteria:

Explore options to set criteria for which records should be displayed in the Dynamic Related Lists.
Adjust Display Options:

Check if there are options to adjust the way information is displayed, such as the fields shown in the related lists.
Work with Custom Objects:

If your Salesforce instance involves custom objects, see if Dynamic Related Lists can be configured to work with them.
Explore Additional Features:

Look for any additional features or settings that allow you to tailor the Dynamic Related Lists to your organization's specific needs.
Training and Documentation:

Provide training to your users on how to use and benefit from the new Dynamic Related Lists feature.
Document any customizations and configurations made for future reference.
Always refer to the official Salesforce documentation for the specific feature you are working with, as details and steps can vary based on the Salesforce release and the nature of the feature itself. If you encounter any issues or have specific questions, reaching out to Salesforce support is recommended.
