Entrepreneur Makarov continues to ignore the requirements of the court and impede the passage to the wholesale base
Employees of the Alef small-scale wholesale base face some difficulties every day: they have to pay for travel to their work. A paid checkpoint before wholesale was organized by entrepreneur Nikolai Makarov. Even the police and bailiffs cannot cope with it. Blogger Vadim Serov has been covering the conflict between the market management and Makarov for a long time. On his YouTube channel, the social activist turned to the governor of the region and again raised an exciting topic.
In his video message, Vadim Serov briefly described the illegal "scheme" of entrepreneur Makarov. The latter set up a checkpoint in front of the Alekseevsky market, where he takes money from wholesale workers for travel to his work. The lawyer of the Alef wholesale store filed a lawsuit to establish an easement so that the employees of the base could pass freely. The Levoberezhny Court ruled to prohibit Yulia Parfenova (the main tenant who leases this land to Makarov) from restricting travel or access to the territory of the small-scale wholesale depot. But it had no effect. On the contrary, Makarov dug up the ground in the place where the fire entrance to the wholesale is located.
