Broken car windows, slashed tires, death threats and hiding from a neighbor in the garage. And this is not another episode with Leonid Kanevsky, but an ordinary day for Alexander Baurin. For 5 years now, the man has been afraid to return home, because every time his neighbors organize a new pogrom, but for a long time the local Ministry of Internal Affairs did not find any reason to initiate a criminal or administrative case.
Alexander has accumulated a whole archive of videos from surveillance cameras installed out of fear for his own life. In the next batch of “trash” videos, neighbors threaten him, run over his brother, break a fence, steal surveillance cameras and hit his elderly father on the head. It would seem that there should be a good reason for such aggression, but innocent dog barking led to neighborly feuds.
