Lowe's Reports Big Decline in Sales as Consumers Cut Back
Home improvement retailers Lowe's is out with earning this morning, and like their main competitor Home Depot, they were not good at all. This comes despite last week's retail sales report from the Census Bureau that claimed home and garden sales were up big in July.
