Microsoft Excel on iPad [Use Case] How to Manage Advanced Spreadsheets with Conditional Formatting
The iPad Pro is a great device for getting your office work done either at home or out in the field, as they are lightweight, portable and have fantastic battery life. You can also use all of your favourite Microsoft Office applications on the iPad including Excel for your spreadsheets.
HOWEVER: The native Excel iOS app does NOT support certain features, such as conditional formatting and pivot tables. In this video we show you step-by-step how to use these features using Excel Online, via the Office Portal. This gives you all the features you could possibly want, that would normally be available with Excel Desktop on a computer - what's more, Excel Online looks practically identical to the Excel Desktop version, so if you really don't like how the iOS app looks, you can use Excel Online instead.
