HOW TO SHOW UP DAILY: SHARING THOUGHTS ON MY ART PRACTICE & ART PROCESS (THE CYCLIC NATURE OF BEING)
In this ARTIST JOURNAL ARTIST VLOG No. 10 I share the Cyclic Nature of my Art Practice and Art Process, I talk a little bit about how some of my own fears, misconceptions and taking on to many other peoples external ideas caused me to lose myself in my own art practice.
I also talk about how the Non Representational DRAWING practice is a way to say in my Art Practice and Art Process, and build to the Larger Body of Works that eventually want to emerge from me.
Sometimes it takes TIME, and it's Not always FAST! Although I do love an immediate mark and immediate moment and toggling between both. I try to explain how staying in our Art Practice Daily and Cycling around helps build an expand our ideas and also this is where that infamous, and often idea of voice and style emerge from.
It emerges by Doing the Work! And learning to SEE what is most important to us as individual Artists and Creative beings.
When you show up more FULLY and FACE it all, you can start to claim more spaces and places inside of yourself and you will show up to your art and creative work, and living more fully into all your expressions.
This is exciting! Because we can be who we are FULLY in the PROCESS of it all!
