OPENING UP TO ALL CREATIVE SIDES (SHARING A STORY FROM MY HEART)
This morning as I was sitting in the darkness and in meditation, I was called to turn on the camera and start expressing what was arising in the moment.
I often love to turn to the moment in my abstract art making and non-representational/expressive/automatic drawing practice. Daring to enter and see what happens.
For me it is important at these times as I open wider to all my sides internally, to EXPRESS what is in my heart, to share my healing stories and stories, to honor my voice and sovereignty.
It is important for me to just turn up and see what happens, and trust my heart and my art.
