Fancy Subtitles with Descript - Easy & Customized!
Adding fancy subtitles to your video is pretty easy and highly customizable in Descript. In this video, we'll walk through a few different ways you can add fancy captions with live text (or active word animation) and customize the size, colors, and placement.
Descript has lots of great looking caption templates - and that's the perfect place to start. Pick the fancy caption template closest to what you want and then tweak the font, active word color and background, future word color, and past word color in Descript with just a few clicks. You can even rotate your fancy subtitles to angle them up to the left or up to the right.
