Midjourney Free Trial Only Open Briefly. What is Midjourney doing?
Midjourney announced on Wednesday that the Midjourney web platform was open to all. To celebrate, they temporarily opened up free trials with 25 credits.
The Midjourney free trial closed on Friday and any new users who managed to get in during the short window have until sunday at midnight to use their free credits.
What's up with Midjourney? Why open free trials for such a short period of time? Why did it take so long for the web platform to be open to users who hadn't already generated a minimum number of images using Midjourney through Discord?
Is Midjourney still seen as the best ai image generator? Why?
