Weak glutes can be due to too much sitting, like sitting desk job all day or behind the wheel of car. Tight glutes can come from overtraining or overworking of the glute muscles, usually through sport or working out.
Coach Becky has the best way to address this issue, and it's by performing a glute stretching/activating routine daily. In this video are great examples of ways to loosen up the glutes and hips. These movements should bring immediate relief to low back pain caused by the glutes.
