Ever heard of Jaws? No, not the shark or the movie, but the surf location on the northern shore of Maui, Hawaii, also known as Peahi. It's called Jaws because the waves eat people.
Peahi produces some of the biggest surf waves in the world for a few days each winter that are highly sought by the bravest of surfers.
If you are a sports or action photographer, its one of the most spectacular locations for big wave surfing, and if you have never shot it before, there are a few critical tips you will want to know beyond the basics.
