Yes, you can animate in Unreal Engine 5.4 using Sequencer! Here is a quick overview of the necessary file set up (using Maya terminology), how to load the tools, and how to export your animation to use in your game. Update 9/21/24: I believe I was running into issues using Linked Animation Sequence because I was duplicating Level Sequences to create new animations. Either create a new Level Sequence for every shot or only use Bake Animation Sequence if you end up duplicating Level Sequences.
