In this video we will explain how to solve the problem asked in TCS xplore Assessment on February 10th.
It was an " Employee's salary increment for a specific employee role problem ".
Steps to be followed are:
1)Create a class Employee
2)Define a Constructor with argument emp_id , emp_name and emp_rol
3)Create another class Organisation
4)Define a Constructor with argment org_name and emp_list
5)Define a method named increment() within the class Employee
6)Also define a method name rol_inc() within the class Organisation and do call the method increment() inside the function for updating the salary for a specific role.
The solution for it is all being explained clearly in the video.
TCS started this Xplore programme which I appreciate from bottom of my heart and what they are trying is best but I think the execution is not proper you want us to learn so many things in just short span of time which I think is quite difficult, ok lets assume we somehow manage to learn those things and tried our best then your testing environment is not good so it doesn't matter how much we learnt or not if your environment is not good enough we can't even score 30% or 40% in that test.
so I'm starting this petition to change this programme or improve it
some solutions you can try
1)Give us enough time for modules
2)Just include a 3rd party compiler or environment in coding questions
3)just take only the MCQ based Exam and tech all programming stuff at ILP
4)make a tutorial on how to use your environment or compiler
4)Or you can give us ILP.
P.S-whoever thinks that these solutions can help us can sign this petition so that our voice can reach to TCS. we have to stand united on a single point or a solution.
