Just follow these steps and you will learn how to fix this problem:
1. Open up any internet browser on your phone and search for “Twitter temporary account locked” and click on the first result.
2. As you can see it says that if you have failed to sign in for a couple of times then your profile will be locked out for one hour. So, just leave it for one hour and this error should be removed automatically.
