Now here’s how to hide Instagram profile from phone contacts:

1. Open Instagram app on your mobile phone and login to your Instagram profile.
2. Click on the menu icon at the top right of your screen.
3. Proceed to “Settings”.
4. Go to “Account” section.
5. Now tap on “Contacts syncing”.
6. Switch this toggle off and from now on your Instagram profile will be hidden from your phone contacts.
