$35 GROCERY HAUL + MY MEAL PLAN Easy Convenient Effortless Budget Friendly Meals!

Grocery list:
-1 pack english muffins
-18 eggs
-1 pack squeezable avocado
-10 oz container hummus
-1 pack cauliflower
-1 pack snap peas
-2 containers strawberries
-1lb shredded carrots
-2 bags frozen shelled edamme
-1lb rice
-2 cucumbers
-1 container almond milk
-1 container yogurt
*If adding in smoothies for the week please add a nut butter and a protein of your choice! Same with protein bars that we add for snacks!
My meal plan:
Breakfast:
-avocado toast with english muffin
Lunch:
-single serve pancake with yogurt and fruit
RECIPE:
1 serving pancake mix (i've been using the high protein krutez mix)
a couple of splashes of almond milk or water (mix to get the right consistency for the pancake bake to be a great batter!)
microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds
should be completely cooked, if not add 10 more seconds than add yogurt and fruit and enjoy!
Dinner:
-veggie sushi bowl with shredded carrots, cucumber, avocado, rice and edamme
Snacks:
-protein bars
-veggies with hummus
-smoothies
