Follow along with this 20 minute yoga for soccer players workout and improve your balance, strength, flexibility, concentration and much more! Doing yoga regularly can drastically reduce your chances of getting injured. Try to repeat this workout at least once or twice a week.

This workout was created and delivered by Jason Jacques from Built by Yoga (BBY). Jason is the founder of BBY and also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT).
