Seipai Pad Drill
Seipai furi-uchi pad drill.
During last Sunday's Seipai Renzoku Bunkai online workshop we went off on a few tangential topics - one of which was imagining Seipai's signature furi-uchi (swinging strikes) as a pad drill. The video demonstrates this simple drill and shows the kata movement it draws from.
